Hi, I’m Olympe, a Well-being Coach dedicated to helping people regain balance, confidence, and vitality in their bodies through movement, mind, and massage.

Originally from Nice, France, I spent over a decade in Amsterdam working as a Personal Trainer and expanding my expertise in movement science, injury prevention, rehabilitation, postural alignment, and physical preparation. Over the years, I’ve guided people through challenges big and small—from improving mobility and recovering from injuries to rebuilding strength after major life transitions.

In 2020, life slowed us all down and invited me to refine my approach. That’s when I developed the 3M Method—Movement, Massage, and Mind—a holistic framework to support people through transitions, helping them feel strong, aligned, and fully at home in their bodies.

After a personal journey of surgery and recovery, and moving back to France in 2023, I embraced this new phase of my career wholeheartedly. My experiences reinforced my belief in an approach that integrates mobility, breathwork, postural awareness, and nervous system regulation to create long-term health, resilience, and well-being.

 

My mission

I help people navigate major life transitions—whether recovery, relocation, personal transformation, or the pre/post-natal journey—by reconnecting with themselves and their bodies.

Through my 3M Method—Movement, Mind, and Massage—I guide clients toward a sustainable, intuitive relationship with their well-being, empowering them to move with ease, feel grounded, and live fully.

 

My approach

Every coaching journey begins with a 30-minute discovery call, where we discuss your current situation, goals, and how I can best support you. After the call, I send a comprehensive questionnaire covering all aspects of your life to get a deeper understanding of your needs.

Next, we schedule a 90-minute intake session, which includes:
✔ A movement assessment (mobility, endurance, strength, and body awareness)
✔ An introduction to self-massage techniques and/or breathwork
✔ A tailored session based on the 6 primal moves

Following the intake, I review the assessment results and guide you toward the coaching offer that best fits your journey—Foundations, AutonoMe, or Synergy.

From there, our work together is guided by the 3M Method - Massage, Movement and Mind (see bellow). Every session adapts to your energy, progress, and body’s rhythm, ensuring a supportive, sustainable, and personalized experience.

An Holistic approach to Well-Being

Massages

Our fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, and organ—holds more than just physical tension. Negative emotions like grief, anger, or anxiety can leave somatic imprints in the fascial system, much like scars from physical trauma. Through massage and self-massage techniques, we release these blockages, restore mobility, and improve circulation. This work helps the body let go, recover, and feel safe again—an essential step in reconnecting with yourself.

Movement

Movement is more than exercise—it’s medicine. My approach combines mobility training and primal movement patterns to help you move with ease, reduce pain, and build strength that supports daily life. The goal isn’t perfection, but reconnecting with your body so it can carry you through every stage of life.

Mind

Growth is a balance of learning and unlearning—questioning patterns, shifting perspectives, and integrating practices that support your well-being. The mind shapes how the body feels and responds, which is why we focus on stress management, nervous system regulation, and mindful practices—such as breathwork, NLP, and mental coaching tools. These methods help reframe patterns, cultivate resilience, and create the mental and emotional foundation needed for sustainable change and long-term well-being.
