Step 2: Ongoing Coaching (6 weeks)
One live coaching session per week (online*) combined with a personalized program to follow at home. This stage supports autonomy, ensures you stay consistent, and helps you integrate what you’ve learned into your lifestyle.

Build autonomy, stay aligned, and feel supported.

This program is ideal for those who already have some foundations and want lighter, more flexible guidance while keeping accountability. You’ll benefit from strategic input and ongoing feedback while having more independence in your daily practice.

3-Month Coaching Framework :

Two in-depth strategy sessions (1.5hr online*) every 6 weeks, with program updates adapted to your progress.

After the 3rd and the 9th week , a 30-minute live session (online*) to keep you on track, adjust where needed, and celebrate wins.

Weekly written or voice reflections, a quick 3-question ritual to help you stay engaged and accountable.

SYNERGY

Mind + Body Coaching, aligned and integrated.

This program combines physical training with mindset coaching for holistic transformation. We work on strength, mobility, and endurance while also addressing motivation, focus, and emotional alignment. The synergy of body and mind ensures deeper, longer-lasting results.
